The Delta state Police have arrested a carpenter, Christopher David for allegedly selling his daughter to ritualists. Christopher was said to have been reported to the police by his wife, Florence after he gave her some part of the N200,000 he was paid for selling his daughter to the ritualists in Lagos.. It was gathered that in October 2013, Christopher's wife, Florence David had given birth to their baby girl but was taken away from her after her husband deceived her that they could not take care of the child due to their poor living condition. The husband however handed the baby over to a woman identified as Grace (surname withheld). Muhammed Ali's 50 years old gloves which he wore when he won the world heavyweight championship title for the first time from Sonny Linston in Miami Beach, Florida, in February 1964 was on saturday sold for $837K. The gloves were kept by Ali's personal trainer Angelo Dundee right after the legendary match, until his death in February 2012. After that they remained at his son's, who decided to sell them on the 50th anniversary of the fight to help pay family medical bills. Part of the money is promised to the Muhammed Ali Foundation. Cho Yong-gi, the founder and pastor of one of the largest Pentecostal churches in South Korea, has been sentenced to three years in prison for embezzling church funds. According to reports, Pastor Cho of Yoido Full Gospel Church in Seoul, was found guilty of causing $12 million in losses to the church by having officials in 2002 buy stocks owned by his eldest son, Cho Hee-jun, at four times the market value. The church was founded in 1958. Christian Post reports: The 78-year-old pastor, who founded the church in 1958, will also have to pay about $4.6 million in fines. The junior Cho will also be serving a three-year prison term for colluding with his father, the Seoul Central District Court ruled. According to The Gospel Herald, Cho was also found to have been evading 35 billion won (US $3.3 million) in taxes. Over 40 people were killed yesterday evening Tuesday Feb. 11th in Konduga village in Borno state by gunmen suspected to be members of Boko Haram. A sex starved 16-year-old Kezi teenager has been arrested for having sex with a donkey. The young boy was caught red-handed quenching his sexual desires by giving the hapless animal some donkey-style sex. Villagers at Leopard Farm in Kezi were left dumbfounded when Mncedisi Nyathi (16) openly revealed that he was madly in love with the donkey that he had been caught having sex with. "I fell in love with the donkey after I heard a voice telling me it was my lover," said Nyathi. It is reported that Nyathi was caught by Mlungisi Ncube in the act. He had tied the donkey to a tree so that it won't even escape. A 20-year-old woman, Rafiat Oseni, has been brought before an Ebute-Meta Magistrate's court for allegedly killing her day-old baby by flushing him down a public toilet. The incident happened at Alaba Rago Market, Ojo area of Lagos State. It was learnt that Oseni, who hails from one of the Northern states in the country, worked as a sales girl in the market and had entered the toilet pretending to ease herself.She was said to have forced the baby into the toilet, but the baby got stuck in it. He died as people were attempting to rescue him. The magistrate, Mr Olanrewaju Olatunji, in obvious shock, asked the suspect why she decided to kill her own child. There was confusion at Baptist High School in Iwo, Osun State on Tuesday as pupils shunned their uniforms and wore choir gowns, white garments, Islamic apparel and other unconventional dresses to the school.
