UDPATE ON DOKUBO: Asari Dokubo Released & Flown To Abuja

The leader of the Niger Delta People's Volunteer Force, Alhaji Mujahid

Dokubo-Asari, who was arrested two days in Cotonou, Benin Republic has

been released.

Mr. Dokubo was released after President Goodluck Jonathan personally

intervened on his behalf with the Beninoise President Yayi Boni.

Festus Keyamo, a civil rights activist and personal attorney to Mr.

Dokubo confirmed his release.

Dokubo, who once bragged openly that his arrest will lead to the

demise of Nigeria spent 36 hours with the Beninoise gendarmes before

his release around 1 AM Nigerian time yesterday.

President Jonathan reportedly deployed a jet to ferry Mr. Asari to

Abuja a few hours after his release.

Following the declaration of homosexuality as illegal in Nigeria, Uganda and other African countries, the perpetrators of the act are now seeking refuge in countries where their laws are less stringent. One of these nations is Cote d'Ivoire. No kissing, no petting. As gay bars go, this one is pretty well-behaved. Sepp Blatter Found To Have Dated Cristiano Ronaldo's Ex Irina Shayk

Cristiano Ronaldo's ex girlfriend (dated for five years), Irina Shayk has been accused of having an affair with disgraced FIFA President, Sepp Blatter.  A Spanish daily newspaper, El Mundo made the claims above in an article title, 'All the women in Blatter's life' published yesterday, June 4.  According to the paper, the 79-year-old 'had a relationship' with the Russian beauty after dating tennis player Ilona Boguska but before meeting glamorous Linda Barras, 50.  The paper writes that Blatter and Shayk's relationship lasted sometime between 2002 and 2014.
